HEADLITE WLED

    

For the designer, the new Headlite W LED is a 5200 kelvin white LED fixture in a compact
18” x 18” package. The fixture contains 24 strips, each with 6 High Power Luxeon LEDs, for
a total of 144 LEDs per fixture. Creating the brightest LED fixture of it’s kind with an output of
over 25,000 lumens. The Headlite is controlled by 24 DMX channels, each channel
controlling one of its 24 LED strips, providing amazing programming possibilities. Each
individual LED has it own interchangeable lens again offering creative opportunities.
Currently the fixture comes with a 12° lens, without the lens the LED puts out a distinctive
narrow 6° spread, 24° lens is available.

SPEEDWIRE

    

SPEEDWIRE is a variable speed wire lifting system designed to move scenic elements with speed, precision and elegant motion. SPEEDWIRE is capable of lifting up to 600 pounds depending on the maximum travel speed desired. SPEEDWIRE is a self contained system eliminating the need for a remote control, drive rack, or dedicated proprietary cables. SPEEDWIRE's compact design allows it to nest inside HUD TRUSS or attach to other standard truss. SPEEDWIRE POWER DISTRO allows for operation of up to 48 units with the added feature of three Remote Emergency Stop Switches that can be placed any where around the stage.

HUD TRUSS

With equipment transportation costs increasing, Upstaging wanted reduce the overall impact
of rising truck fuel. The most logical place to start was to rethink truss dimensions and
weight. Making the HUD truss only 24” wide helps in the truck pack. Couple this with the fact
HUD truss is lighter and able to stack three high significantly impacts the overall truck space
required. Versatility was another major factor with the concept for the HUD truss. Not every project or venue provides for substantial trim height. With the HUD truss the legs can be manually
inverted which in turn creates an added safety feature if climbing truss. If trim height is
limited truss legs can be removed and stored elsewhere leaving a 14” tall truss profile. This
versatility reduces the various types of trusses available to one that can meet a variety of
production needs.

 
 
 

HUD TRUSS

Custom Light Frame with Traveling Dolly

This frame comes in two sizes.  The size shown in the video is 10'L x 4'W.  We also have a frame that measures  6'L x 4'W. These frames can be used stand alone or be bolted togeter to created a larger frame.  For more information, including CAD drawings please contact us.

Custom Vertical Stacking Light Frame

This Vertical Stacking Light Frame can be used in a variety of ways. Multiple frames can stack on top of each other to create a wall of lighitng instruments.  The frame measures 11'6"W x 2'D. For more information, including CAD drawings please contact us.
