Gibson at CES Las Vegas
CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas is the biggest global gathering of its kind, where Gibson Brands assembled all its newest products under one roof to showcase the latest in music and technology. Upstaging has partnered with Gibson providing the services to deliver successful shows at CES year after year. As a 360o service provider to Gibson, we work with our client as the show producer on the initial layout designs, technical consultation, 3 D renderings and floorplans, 3rd party vendor services, and technical and event management. Upstaging also provides custom displays, graphics and signage, lighting and truss systems, video and audio packages, logistical support for I&D services, and the custom transportation to the venue. Our experienced staff includes management, lighting, audio and display technicians, as well as supervision of 3rd party vendors for the run of the show. We have taken great pride in our work with Gibson at CES in our professional staff, production, equipment and attention to all details.
Spyder Owners Event
Upstaging has partnered with BRP for several annual Spyder Owner Events, where Spyder owners have been invited to an incredible location for a combination of pre-planned guided Spyder rides, BRP technical and service stations, catering/food tent, parts and clothing store, showroom, a red-carpet area for custom Spyder contest, and a Celebration Dinner. Over 1,000 Spyders and their owners have attended each of these events. As a 360o service provider to BRP, we worked with our client as the show producer on the initial theme and design, 3 D renderings and floorplans, 3rd party vendor services, along with total Event management. Upstaging also provided custom displays, graphics and signage, lighting, video and audio packages, logistical support for I&D services, and the custom transportation to the venue for product and equipment. Our custom graphic semi/trailer awning became the backdrop for the Spyder showroom. Upstaging designed and prepared the registration packets which included event schedules, custom flyers, Spyder ride maps, name badges, and other detailed information on the event. Our staff included a team very experienced and knowledgeable on the Spyder and other BRP products.
